Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

You can consign as few or as many items as you would like. We've had folks just want to sell a stroller or a large toy to get out of their house, so no consignor is too small or too large for us. Each code holds 200 items so if you have over you can just register for a second code. Limits of Specific Clothing Sizes Infant Clothing Size Premie-9 month: Limit of 50 hangers (hangers may have multiple pieces on them and will only count as one item) Juniors sizes: Limit of 30 hangers (hangers may have multiple pieces on them and will only count as one item) Maternity sizes: Limit to 30 hanging items

What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my string tags?

Option 1 - Print them at home with a COLORED PRINTER (must be in color) Option 2 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up (on a set day) and label your items at home. Then bring your already labeled items on Check In Days. Option 3- We can mail your barcodes for $4, stay tuned for sign ups!

Can I bring a guest to Pre Sale?

Using your Consignor Pass, you may bring any one guest with you. Children will be counted as a guest. Only one child will be allowed. Nursing and worn babies are an exception and do not count as your guest. You may also give your guest passes to your friends!

Can I bring children to the PreSale?

The only children that will be allowed on Pre Sale are those being worn, or 1 child (walking or in a stroller) that counts as your one guest on your pass! We love children (we are moms, too!) But we are extremely busy on Pre-Sale and our floor is very crowded with lots of wonderful merchandise. There isn't much room to maneuver strollers with babies. We strongly suggest that you NOT bring your children to the Pre-Sale. Just bring their sizes, maybe a shoe that currently fits and enjoy a mom's night out. Children are welcome to attend on one of the Public shopping days.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also. You can use our Pricing Points Guide. http://midlandodessa.rhealana.com/pricing-points.asp#.U5x7PPldU1Y

Can I be a consignor in more than one Rhea Lana event?

Yes, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches - one for each sale. Be VERY sure you enter your items for the correct sale.

Can I use wire hangers?

NO, please do not use wire hangers. Clothes DO NOT stay on wire hangers during our busy shopping times and your items will not be purchased if they are on the floor. **Use childrens plastic hangers for sizes 10 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 12 and above. You can use any plastic hanger you have received from a store (like Old Navy or Target) No wire hangers (ie dry cleaner style), please!

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape and affix to the larger toy piece. Be sure to label the ziploc with your consigner ID, price and 1 of 2, so they are aware it comes with 2 pieces. Do the same with the larger piece of the set as well. This is important!

When I sell items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We suggest you bring a wheeled laundry basket, tote, or a large shopping bag. All large bags will need to be checked at the door. Strollers RL bags and Ikea bags will be tagged so we know they are yours to take home.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $4.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire set.

Should I iron my clothes?

ABSOLUTELY! Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the better they sell!
